Admin menu links for Paragraphs and Simple Blocks don't fit the new navigation paradigm, where second level links are expanded, but not clickable.
UX tests have concluded that these weren't necessary, but some modules have different navigation structures that make them useful. #26
Paragraphs Types config page is inaccessible from the menu. You have to go to Add paragraph type, and use the breadcrumbs.
A proposal is to split the menu link into a clickable link and expandable dropdown.
