URL Embed

Render oEmbed content via URL in editor.

Worked out of the box with a codepen link.

To change the url, highlight the embed and click the button again.

Unable to set height or adjust other embed options/response attributes.

Hook to modify oembed response (needs patch from #3281357).

The oscarotero/Embed library used by this module is looking for a maintainer.

This fixed issue has comments about responsive embeds.
