Could use Flag to create personal/shared lists.

Entity queue adds a tab to entities, where you can add it to the queue.

I thought there was a flag-like option?

Do I need the EntityQueue Form Widget module?

Do I need smartqueues?

Can a queue be owned by a user?

What is Queue type?

Would the subqueue option allow multiple user lists?
