Provides a UI for defining styles that can be appied to layout sections and components.
Styles can be in groups, allow one or more, and optionally be required. They can be restricted to allowed sections and blocks.
It's an improved UX for content editors who may not know what classes to use with other modules that let you edit them manually.
One big limitation is that they are all added to the same element, so you can't have things like a full width background color, and a constrained width container.
